Tutorial:
1. Pick a picture to be the main background (mine's 450 X 250 px.)
2. With a second picture, get the circle marquee tool and select the part of the picture you want. Do the same with 2 other pictures and paste them onto the main picture background.
3. Place this film strip (http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee175/danzgurl101/2im81p4.png
) and this butterfly texture (http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee175/danzgurl101/butterfly.p
ng *set to multiply*) and outline with a white stroke.
Add text and you're done! Pretty easy.
